Learn practical exercises and smart fall-prevention strategies for home and outdoors while gaining confidence with every step. Most exercises use common household items. Kavita will demonstrate how to add resistance bands to increase the challenge, but they are not required. A list of suggested items will be provided to all registrants.

Dr. Kavita Patel is a physical therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience. She is the owner of Move With Utsaha. in New Jersey where she offers in-home and virtual Bone Health Fitness, Health Coaching and Physical Therapy services.
She is one of the Lead Trainers for the BoneFit USA course where she teaches physical therapists and exercise professionals safe and appropriate exercise for individuals with osteoporosis.
