Pilates & Strength Training for Osteoporosis
In this class, we’ll combine classic strength training exercises with osteoporosis-safe Pilates to give you a full-body, bone-building workout.
We’ll start with a dynamic warm-up to get your body moving and prepare you for exercise. From there, we’ll work on strength in different planes of motion, combining traditional strength exercises with Pilates movements designed to support your bones, muscles, balance, and overall function.
What you’ll need:
A set of heavier weights and a set of lighter weights that are appropriate for you
Exercise bands or a yoga strap
