On Day One we'll be talking about how we can fracture-proof your bones and exploring common myths concerning osteoporosis with hands-on lessons! You will see demonstrations of safe and effective exercises for strong bones, and have the opportunity to join a world-class cooking demonstration on whipping up bone-building food. Our experts discuss comprehensive testing, supplements, bio-identical hormones, gluten, how protein is a KEY to your nutrition, and how to use a low-intensity vibration plate.
On Day Two we'll discover how micronutrient deficiency, low stomach acid, autoimmunity, and oxalates can be the root causes behind osteoporosis - and get key strategies to improve them.
