Dr. Claudia Tamas will be teachingĀ safe and effective strengthening exercises with gym equipment and ways to integrate essential core and postural principles throughout these movements. We will be going over correct machine settings, starting position, and proper execution of the movements addressing the critical posture principles that help prevent injury and maximize results.
Dr. Tamas will be covering the following:
Core sequence and breathing
Upright posture and spinal neutral
Machine set up - general principles
Exercises that will be demonstrated using equipment: lat pulldown, row, leg press, leg extension, hamstring curl, triceps, and hip abduction and adduction.Ā
